  1. Open the token.
  2. Click Close token and confirm: Close this token? Nobody can add markups or comments to it afterwards.

A closed round is read-only for everyone. In Navisworks the pane then says “This review is closed, so it is read-only.”

Hide a round

Section titled “Hide a round”

Hide token hides the round from everyone who is not a project admin: a hidden round is seen only by project admins. Unhide token makes it visible again. Separately, clients cannot see internal rounds at all.
