Section titled “Navisworks is running. Close it, then choose Retry to continue.”Where: the installer. Cause: Navisworks is open, so the plugin cannot be replaced. Fix: close Navisworks and choose Retry. A silent install (/VERYSILENT) stops instead; close Navisworks and run it again.
No supported Navisworks installation was found on this computer.
Section titled “No supported Navisworks installation was found on this computer.”Where: the Navisworks page of the installer. Cause: no supported Navisworks was found. Fix: nothing: Kroons is installed anyway, and Navisworks loads it when Navisworks is installed or started later.
