Internal and external reviews

Verified for plugin version 0.2.0 · Navisworks 2024-2027

A project has at most 5 reviews. Each review has one internal and one external round, shown in the web app as an internal review and an external review.

Who decides

  • On an internal review, the project admins accept, refuse or reopen.
  • On an external review, the project admins and the client do.

The timeline step for a refusal shows who refused: it reads Rejected on an internal review and Client rejection on an external one. See The workflow timeline.

Who sees what

  • A client sees only external reviews.
  • A hidden review is seen only by project admins.

Only one internal and one external review round can be open at a time in a project, one internal and one external. To open the next round of a kind, close the open one of that kind first. See Projects and reviews.
