Update and uninstall
Verified for plugin version 0.2.0 · Navisworks 2024-2027
Install a newer version over the old one, or remove Kroons and, if you want, the logins it saved.
Update
Section titled “Update”Close Navisworks, then run the newer installer. It recognises the earlier install and replaces it in place; you do not uninstall first. Your saved logins are kept.
Uninstall
Section titled “Uninstall”- Close Navisworks. In Windows Settings, open Apps and remove Kroons.
- Near the end Windows asks Also remove the logins Kroons saved on this computer? Answer Yes to delete them or No to keep them. No is the default.

What stays on the computer
Section titled “What stays on the computer”Kroons keeps its files in two folders of your Windows profile:

%LocalAppData%\HdMarkup | saved logins and settings of the earlier version, when the product was called HD Markup, if you used it |
Answering Yes to the question above deletes both folders. To remove them by hand, delete them while Navisworks is closed.
