Keep your name and title up to date, and change your password.

Steps

Section titled “Steps”
  1. Open Profile.
  2. Under Your details, change your Name and Title, then click Save.
  3. Under Change password, enter your Current password and the New password twice, then click Change password. Your other sessions are signed out.

You use the same account in the web app and in Navisworks, so the new password also applies to the plugin’s login, see Log in and stay logged in.

If something goes wrong

  • The two new passwords are not the same.
  • The password cannot be your email address.
