What the plugin does not do

The plugin raises markups, comments and reads. Resolving and approving happen in the web app. These actions are web-app actions:
- propose a solution candidate: Work on markups
- accept a solution candidate: Work on markups
- refuse a solution candidate: Work on markups
- reopen a solved markup: Work on markups
- edit or delete a markup or a comment: Work on markups
- upload files to a markup: Files
There is no offline mode: the plugin needs a connection to the server.
