Download the .hdmark file

The .hdmark file is how Navisworks finds a review.

Who can do this

Any member who can see the review: anyone who can see the review can download its file.

Steps

  1. Open the review’s token. Its page lists the markups, filtered by State and Source.

  2. Click Download .hdmark.

  3. Share the file with the team and keep it next to the model, or anywhere you can find it again.

What is in the file

Section titled “What is in the file”

The server address and the access token of that review. It holds no password, so each person still logs in with their own account. In Navisworks, open it with Open markup on the Kroons tab, see Open a .hdmark file.
