What happens before and after the licence of a project ends.
Before expiry
Section titled “Before expiry”The project admin gets reminder mails 30 days, 7 days and on the day of expiry. The app sends them from app.kroons.co; the website sends no mail.
The read-only year
Section titled “The read-only year”After expiry the project is read-only for 1 year. Everyone can still open and read it; nobody can add markups or comments. Renewing at any time during that year restores full use, see Renew or extend.
In Navisworks a notice above the list says that the licence expired, with the date, and that a project admin can renew it on the web. New markup and the comment box are switched off. If a change is tried anyway, Kroons says This project’s licence has expired, so it is read-only. A project admin can renew it on the web. See Access notices.
Locked
Section titled “Locked”After the read-only year the project is locked. Navisworks then says This project’s licence expired a while ago and the project is locked. A project admin can renew the licence on the web.
Deletion
Section titled “Deletion”Locked project data is permanently deleted 90 days after the lock, which is 15 months after expiry. The project admin gets a warning mail 30 days before the deletion.
Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by Estonian accounting law.
