Pins in the model

Verified for plugin version 0.2.0 · Navisworks 2024-2027

Every markup shows as a pin at the point where it was raised, labelled with its number.

Who can do this

Section titled “Who can do this”

Everyone.

Colours

Section titled “Colours”
  • Open is red.
  • Proposed is amber: a solution candidate waits for a decision.
  • Solved is green.

The selected pin is larger. While you raise a markup, a blue pin labelled New shows the point you clicked.

Pins are drawn on screen only: they are not saved in the model and the model file does not change. A pin keeps its size at any distance and is not hidden by walls, so you can find markups behind other objects.
